ITEM! I have a rare comics event this weekend! I’m meant to be “taking a break” but I will emerge from the oxygen chamber for a trip to Macclesfield. When did I last go to Macclesfield? 2001. The reason i went to Macclesfield is very, very boring so be sure to ask me about it if you are an insomniac.
I’ll have a table on Saturday, with Giant Days “Snooker Could Be Better” and Great British Bump-Off books. I had big plans to make a new book and stickers and postcards and, get this, a zine about writing. These schemes have, needless to say, been postponed. But I will have plenty of chat for you and will sign any of my books that you shove in front of me.

Roadying for the Macc Lads at a homecoming gig is hardly boring.
I remain too scared of the Macc Lads to roadie for them. I went for a meeting about designing a website for a kitchen installerzzzzzzzzzz
