Shoulder down, royal gown
The lyrical reference in this comic is deeply obscure but for some reason, for years, it has come to me often. A tribute and a salute.

Very effective, certainly, but this is NOT what Hetty Mapplethorpe would do here.
Didn’t she just grab the bull by the horns last time, literally, and throw it fifteen feet out of the way?
Yes indeed, and there was also an angry stag that got the same treatment, except Hetty threw the stag LOT further than fifteen feet, and the end result was that they all had venison for dinner and the land cruiser needed a new roof.
Needless to say, I think it’s a good thing that Lottie chose a different approach here.
I need to pay more attention to nature programs; I don’t recall Sir Dave Attenborough commenting on this speed and agility of kiwis and pandas
Checkov’s Hetty!
Whoah. Lottie is a BADASS!
She has always been.
Woah!! It looks like Lottie was right about getting her game up after K-pop! Great to see Hetty Mapplethorpe had something to do with her newfound wrestling abilities (if only in spirit)!
This apparently is Lottie’s go-to move.
It works better than getting hurled across the room by someone whose neck is wider than your rear end, anyway.
I stand humbled for not having expected Lottie to be actually good at this.
It’s BFH for Ultimate Bully.
Oh no, Lottie is totally enjoying this! Soon she won’t be able to live without this. I fear we are witnessing the birth of a killing machine.
I only just got that Ultimate Bully is probably the “bull necked” son of the dowager (“None more pink”, June 28), and somehow I’m suspecting Claire’s leading them towards this place may not be so accidental.
Now this, this is excellent detective work.
I have to point out that the three words that brought them here were Golan’s. Perhaps there is a conspiracy afoot.
Nephew, not son.
the wide hips and ample thighs of Grote clan women are apparently well suited to the mysterious world of lucha libre innawoods
The Scott Miller tribute here is delightful. Truly one of the greatest pop musicians, and certainly gone too soon. This is one of his lovelier songs too, in the spirit of The Red Baron and Together Now, Very Minor.
