Claire almost always uses his actually name. When she first knew Glenn, she sometimes went along with Lottie on the name thing, but I don’t think I’ve seen her do that in ages. Even Lottie doesn’t consistently get his name wrong anymore- I think she only does it when she remembers to, at this point.
