Bad for business
I like seeing these three together, the great solving unit of old. The problem with making Bad Machinery was that there were so many central characters. But the good thing about Bad Machinery was the same as the bad thing.
“Dubai Blondies” sounds like a song by Frank Zappa. But I definitely saw it written by some cakes.


I love that Charlotte can waltz back into town and have her job waiting for her anytime she wants. Really speaks to her work ethic and overall character.
Dubai anything seems a bit trendy for such a snobby coffee shop.
This is “Bullet-Proof Coffee” of Tackleford, mind. Much less snobby than Sheffield’s “Bean There”.
I feel “Dubai blondies” coming right at the end of the strip also functions as a way of saying cheerio to Mildred and Shauna.
