Yeah, I was thinking about Camille, too. The plastic surgery thing solves one problem with that idea. But would she really be so obsessed with Lottie a few years later that she’d do all this? Unless there are further details we don’t know about (which there probably are) I’m having trouble seeing it. If nothing else, you’d think fear of Claire would keep her away.
