Super Derek is presumably here representing “The Case of the Missing Piece” — possibly Lottie thought Blossom was too fraught a topic to bring up at this fragile stage of mystery team reunion — and the dark sky behind them is of course the titular Space, from “Space is the Place”.

Not all of them were villains, and several of them are dead or otherwise destroyed.
