I’m kind of glad that the blockchain craze is mostly over, this was a clear example of a solution in search of a problem if there ever was. The downside is that it was replaced by an AI craze, which is just about the same thing, but more dangerous. Like those AI-written books about foraging for mushrooms that have sent people to the hospital.
