I think that once Evillottie gets confirmation that Lottie has “self cancelled” (and I have no idea how that would work) she will attempt to kill Claire, Glenn and Dean anyway. She can’t leave witnesses. She’s already committed murder once, so… threshold crossed.

Yeah, I’m a pessimist about these things.
