I am betting that Evil Lottie is in fact someone I didn’t think of, and I’m looking forward to the surprise reveal

In order to improve my odds I am deliberately not guessing that it’s a long lost relative who looks similar and has been compared, unfavourably, to Lottie throughout her childhood
Or… the daughter of someone Lottie’s investigations put away
Or…
